To help celebrate my birthday this year, both my mother and sister made the trip down from Chitown so we could hit it up proper. Despite one cancelled flight and two delays, there were able to haul ass from the airport to make it for Redd’s second set this past Saturday. Sunday focused around an outing to Gruene, Texas, where we soaked up some sun, plenty of beer (mostly by me) and took in the sounds of Paula Nelson (Willie Nelson’s daughter). Plenty of photos and video available in my private gallery.
