Despite the fact that my BFF was out of town this weekend, I decided to take a solo adventure out to some of my favorite spots in the Texas Hill Country. I had narrowed down my adventure to two possible activities. The first option being a rally in New Braunfels that was hosting a ride in bike show with a category for “stock motorcycles”. In going through all the posts on here when I updated my template, I realized that I had more photos of my previous Honda Shadow than I did of my current Harley-Davidson Street Bob. So here is an attempt to remedy that oversight.
Thanks to my extremely dedication to securing an awesome RV lot for this years rally (they went on sale at 12:01 am on January 1), Edward and I scored D116 in the Yellow lot. And to celebrate this momentous occasion, we decided to go out to the grounds, in the rain no less, and crack open a couple 24 ouncers.
A couple a weekends ago, while riding home from HogFest ’07, Linda snapped this photo of me going down the interstate. She was riding on the back of Edward’s bike – the only Ducati rider at the rally – you are such a bad ass!
Santa brought me this really awesome LED gas gauge to replace the stock one on my Harley-Davidson Street Bob. I already had the matching gas cap, which I won at one of the local monthly H.O.G. meetings.
